Being Grateful


Consider that the greatest way we, who have been given such an incredible amount, can impact our life and the lives of everyone around you is to start by being grateful for all we have been given already! Today, in this moment.
When you are grateful for all you have - by acknowledging it, feeling how good it feels, and celebrating all your blessings, you attract more to be grateful for.
Simple!
Well, if it's that simple, what stops us from attracting more?
Focusing on what we do not have.
Consider yourself a magnet - whatever you put out, you get back. Tenfold.
What do you want to attract?
Imagine for a moment going through your day being grateful for everything - what would that look like?
As you awake being grateful for your warm, cozy bed that provided you a restful sleep, a warm shower, clean beautiful clothes to wear, a delicious breakfast to nourish your body.
And that is just in your first hour of waking.
What are you grateful for in the next hour of your life?
How much do we take for granted?
If you're one who likes to take baby steps, start with one thing that you're grateful for right now. It could be a pet who greets you at your door everyday with unconditional love or the sunshine on your face as you eat lunch outside.
You could be someone who likes to keep a journal - at the beginning or end of your day, write down all you are grateful for - keep it simple.
Then just see what shows up in your life.
